Terms of service

The terms on which you use this site, buy from AMAREL and take part in a limited release.

Last updated 16 October 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to AMAREL, a fragrance house founded on the belief that individuality deserves distinction.

AMAREL is owned and operated by Float Daily Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India (hereinafter referred to as “AMAREL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, purchase of our products, participation in limited-edition fragrance releases, and access to exclusive purchasing privileges offered by AMAREL.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable policies and release-specific conditions communicated to you.

Please review these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

Nothing contained herein shall exclude or restrict any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

2. Eligibility and Use of Website

To place an order with AMAREL, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

By using our website, you agree to provide accurate information, undertake transactions lawfully, and refrain from any activity that may compromise the website’s security, functionality, or the purchasing rights of other customers.

AMAREL reserves the right to restrict access, suspend accounts, or refuse transactions involving fraud, unlawful conduct, or material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

3. Products and Limited Releases

AMAREL creates and introduces fragrances through curated collections, with certain editions made available in predetermined quantities.

Our inaugural collection, TUTELA, comprises two fragrances:

  • TUTELA 00
  • TUTELA 01

Each fragrance in the inaugural collection is limited to an initial release of 500 bottles.

This limitation applies to the total number of bottles offered during the initial retail release of each fragrance, rather than the number of individual customers permitted to purchase them.

Customers may purchase multiple bottles during the initial release without a predetermined per-customer quantity restriction, subject to available inventory and successful order confirmation.

Each qualifying bottle from the initial release will be accompanied by an exclusive access code associated with its respective fragrance.

Following the completion and sell-out of the initial release, subsequent retail purchases of the same fragrance directly through AMAREL will be restricted to holders of valid access codes, in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

AMAREL will endeavour to maintain accurate inventory records and will not knowingly exceed the advertised initial retail allocation.

Complimentary testers, product samples, quality-control units, and genuine product replacements do not independently constitute qualifying initial-release retail purchases.

4. Exclusive Access and Repurchase Privileges

4.1 Exclusive Access Codes

Each qualifying bottle purchased during an initial limited-edition release includes a unique exclusive access code (“Access Code”).

The Access Code grants its valid holder entry to a restricted purchasing page, through which additional bottles of the corresponding fragrance may be purchased when available.

Access Codes are fragrance-specific. Possession of an Access Code for TUTELA 00 does not grant access to restricted purchases of TUTELA 01 or any other AMAREL fragrance.

4.2 Ownership and Transferability

AMAREL recognises that fragrances may be acquired for personal use, gifting, or lawful resale.

Accordingly, exclusive purchasing privileges associated with a valid Access Code may be transferred along with the corresponding fragrance.

An individual who lawfully receives an initial-release bottle and its Access Code through gifting, resale, or another legitimate transfer may exercise the associated purchasing privileges.

The recipient is not required to have personally completed the original transaction.

A valid transfer of the Access Code transfers the associated purchasing privilege. The transferring holder must not continue to exercise that privilege after transferring it to another person.

4.3 Continuing Purchasing Privileges

An Access Code is an ongoing purchasing credential and is not intended to function as a single-use promotional coupon.

Subject to its continued validity, the holder may use the Access Code to access future purchasing opportunities for the corresponding fragrance.

There is no predetermined maximum number of bottles that an eligible Access Code holder may purchase, subject to actual product availability.

Access Codes will not be arbitrarily revoked because of inactivity or the passage of time.

4.4 Future Availability

Exclusive purchasing privileges provide restricted access, not a guarantee of perpetual supply.

AMAREL does not guarantee continuous production, permanent availability, predetermined restocking schedules, or fixed future pricing.

Future availability may depend on ingredient sourcing, manufacturing feasibility, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and other legitimate business considerations.

However, should AMAREL offer additional retail stock of the same qualifying fragrance following its initial release, such stock will remain available exclusively to valid Access Code holders through AMAREL’s authorised exclusive purchasing channels.

AMAREL will not intentionally circumvent this commitment by reintroducing substantially the same fragrance to the general public under another name solely to defeat the original exclusivity arrangement.

4.5 Code Validity and Security

Access Codes must be treated as exclusive purchasing credentials.

Holders are responsible for taking reasonable precautions against unauthorised disclosure, duplication, or misuse.

An Access Code does not entitle multiple unauthorised persons to independently exercise the same exclusive privilege.

AMAREL may implement reasonable authentication, code-verification, account-association, and transfer procedures to maintain the integrity of its exclusive purchasing system.

Where an Access Code is reasonably suspected of being fraudulently duplicated, stolen, or misused, AMAREL may temporarily restrict its use while investigating the matter.

Legitimate holders may be required to provide reasonable supporting information to restore or establish access.

An Access Code associated with an original qualifying purchase that is cancelled, fully refunded, or reversed may be invalidated. A genuine product replacement provided following a verified defect or fulfilment error will not, by itself, invalidate the associated purchasing privilege.

4.6 Nature of Exclusive Rights

An Access Code grants a contractual privilege to access restricted purchasing opportunities for a designated AMAREL fragrance.

It does not represent ownership of the fragrance formulation, intellectual property, manufacturing process, or any financial interest in AMAREL.

Exclusive purchasing access does not constitute a guarantee of investment value, resale value, or legal exclusivity over a scent profile throughout the wider fragrance industry.

5. Product Information and Representation

AMAREL endeavours to provide accurate descriptions, images, specifications, quantities, and other relevant details for its products.

However, minor variations in appearance, colour, packaging, and presentation may occur due to production differences, lighting, photography, or display settings.

The experience of fragrance is inherently subjective. Scent perception, projection, and longevity may vary depending on individual skin chemistry, environmental conditions, application, and storage.

Differences in personal preference or perceived fragrance performance do not automatically constitute a product defect, provided the product otherwise conforms to its description and applicable quality and safety requirements.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product information, subject to existing customer rights and obligations.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the AMAREL website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any additional mandatory fees will be disclosed before the customer confirms an order.

AMAREL reserves the right to revise prices for future purchases or releases. Price revisions will not retrospectively alter accepted orders.

Payments must be completed through the authorised payment options available at checkout.

Orders may be declined or cancelled where payment verification fails, inventory is unavailable, material technical errors arise, or credible evidence of fraudulent activity exists.

Where AMAREL cancels an order after payment has been collected, the customer will receive an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

7. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products, subject to these Terms and applicable product availability.

An order is considered accepted when AMAREL communicates its acceptance through the applicable order confirmation process. An automated payment acknowledgement alone may not constitute final order acceptance.

AMAREL may cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, insufficient inventory, material pricing errors, or fraudulent transactions.

Customers seeking to cancel an order should refer to the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Where cancellation is permitted, requests will be processed in accordance with the published policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

No cancellation charges will be imposed in violation of applicable law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

AMAREL aims to ensure that every purchase is handled with care, from confirmation through delivery.

Orders will be shipped to eligible serviceable locations using our authorised logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timelines, shipping charges, and relevant fulfilment conditions will be communicated during checkout or through our published Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines may vary due to geographical location, logistics availability, adverse weather, regulatory restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.

In the event of unsuccessful fulfilment, material delay, or loss in transit, AMAREL will provide appropriate assistance and remedies in accordance with applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance products, AMAREL may restrict discretionary returns of opened, used, or unsealed perfumes for reasons relating to hygiene and product integrity.

Such restrictions do not affect applicable statutory remedies.

Customers may be eligible for a refund, replacement, exchange, or other appropriate remedy where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, materially misrepresented, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

Customers are encouraged to contact AMAREL promptly upon identifying an issue, providing relevant order details and supporting information where available.

The applicable conditions, procedures, and timelines are governed by our separate Return, Exchange and Refund Policy, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

10. Product Usage and Safety

AMAREL fragrances are intended for their designated cosmetic or personal fragrance use.

Customers should follow all instructions, precautions, and storage recommendations provided with the product.

Certain fragrance ingredients may cause sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals. Customers are encouraged to review the product’s ingredient and safety information before use.

Products labelled as flammable must be kept away from flames, excessive heat, and ignition sources.

AMAREL shall not be responsible for harm arising solely from proven misuse contrary to adequate safety instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for defective, unsafe, mislabelled, or legally non-compliant products.

11. Intellectual Property

All legally protected intellectual property associated with AMAREL, including its name, trademarks, logos, collection identities, original website content, product photography, packaging artwork, and proprietary designs, is owned by Float Daily Private Limited or used under appropriate licences.

All applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.

Purchasing an AMAREL product does not grant permission to reproduce, imitate, commercially exploit, or misrepresent its protected intellectual property.

Lawful personal photography, genuine product reviews, and non-commercial discussion of AMAREL products are permitted.

Counterfeiting, unauthorised commercial reproduction, and deceptive use of AMAREL’s protected branding are prohibited.

12. Website Conduct and Security

Users agree not to engage in activities that may interfere with the normal operation or security of the website.

Prohibited conduct includes unauthorised system access, fraudulent transactions, deliberate interference with purchasing mechanisms, impersonation, and manipulation of exclusive access privileges.

AMAREL may take proportionate action against verified violations, including restricting website access, cancelling fraudulent orders, or pursuing remedies available under applicable law.

We endeavour to maintain reliable website functionality but do not guarantee that the website will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times.

13. Third-Party Services

AMAREL may engage independent service providers for functions including payment processing, logistics, website hosting, and related business operations.

Certain services may be subject to their providers’ respective terms and conditions.

AMAREL is not responsible for the independent content or practices of external websites outside its control.

However, the use of third-party providers does not relieve AMAREL of any legal responsibilities attributable to its own transactions or services.

14. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information are governed by AMAREL’s separate Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMAREL shall not be liable for indirect or remote losses arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, website disruptions, or misuse of its products contrary to clear instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for defective products, fraud, wilful misconduct, or breach of mandatory consumer protection obligations.

16. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

AMAREL shall not be held responsible for delays caused solely by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, significant transportation disruptions, major infrastructure failures, or comparable unforeseen events.

Where such circumstances affect an existing order, AMAREL will make reasonable efforts to communicate the disruption and provide an appropriate resolution.

Applicable refund rights and other statutory consumer protections remain unaffected.

17. Amendments to Terms

AMAREL reserves the right to amend these Terms to reflect changes in business operations, products, services, or applicable legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on the website with a revised effective date.

Unless otherwise required by law or validly agreed, amendments shall not retrospectively remove rights arising from accepted purchases, including validly established exclusive purchasing privileges.

Customers are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

In the event of any dispute, customers are encouraged to contact AMAREL through its official support channel to seek an amicable resolution.

Subject to applicable statutory jurisdiction and consumer protection rights, competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms.

Nothing in this section restricts a consumer’s right to approach an appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or another competent statutory authority.

19. Grievance Redressal

AMAREL is committed to maintaining accountability and addressing customer concerns fairly.

Customers may submit complaints or grievances relating to orders, payments, delivery, products, or exclusive purchasing privileges through our official support email.

20. General Provisions

Severability If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.

No Waiver Failure by AMAREL to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of its lawful rights.

Entire Agreement These Terms, together with expressly incorporated policies and applicable release-specific conditions, constitute the relevant agreement governing transactions with AMAREL, without overriding mandatory statutory rights.
